I totally love the first one, its just so sweet, and teenage-KakaIru are always cute! I also like prankster-Iruka, always fun to see that, would love to read a story on it. I actually once read a story where Iruka passes his Chuunin exam and there is a bet that he has to steal Kakashi's Icha Icha and he does, so they go on a chase throughout Konoha. Simply genuis. The third picture kinda stirred those nice memomry, good on ya! Oh, before I forget, Iruka in a causal clothes (*hot*), referring to pic 2.
Anyway, your drawing is top-class, everything is so neat and precise, and nice to look at. I don't have the elegant words to say anything more about it, I am no art-critic, but I know when I see something enjoyable to watch and your picture are!
